How to place an order

As soon as the order process is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. An order is only considered received, if an order confirmation is sent.

If you do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail, please check your junk mail folder first. If you have still not received a confirmation or any other e-mail from us, please contact the Fashionette Customer Service Line as soon as possible. Our customer service team will assist you in processing your order.

Delivery to another address

We do not only deliver to your billing address – you may also wish to have your handbags sent to another address instead, for example your work place. Please note: Only you or an authorized post room is entitled to receive and accept the delivery in this case, because we need to make sure that it is really you, who received our package.

Payment Options

You may wish to choose from the following payment options:

Credit card - We bill your credit card after your order is received. Items are charged when they are dispatched.

Direct Purchase - You transfer the amount due via online banking.

PayPal - The payment is processed via Paypal. Orders made using Paypal are charged instantly.
